Welcome to BANJARA APP. By creating an account or using the App in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully — they explain what we offer, what we expect of you, and the limits of our responsibilities.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BANJARA APP, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. These documents together form the agreement between you and BANJARA APP.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Matrimony services.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use community and reels features.
• Information you provide on registration must be accurate, current, and complete.
• You must have the legal authority to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• One person, one account — no fake or duplicate profiles.
• No impersonation of other people, businesses, or organizations.
• No selling, transferring, or sharing of accounts.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Services Provided

BANJARA APP provides a community platform for Banjara users that includes:

• Cultural content, stories, festivals, and heritage information
• Short-form video (Reels) creation and viewing
• Matrimony profiles, search, and connection features
• Direct messaging with matched users
• Community discovery, clans, and events
• Premium subscription tiers for additional features

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, videos, profile details, messages). By posting content on BANJARA APP, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and modify (for formatting purposes) that content within the App and for promotional purposes related to the App.

You are solely responsible for content you upload. You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post hate speech, discriminatory content, or content inciting violence
• Share adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content
• Violate intellectual property rights of any third party
• Use the App for commercial solicitation, spam, or unauthorized advertising
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the App
• Create automated accounts (bots) or use the App in any automated manner
• Collect or harvest personal data of other users without consent
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the App in any way that could harm minors

7. Matrimony Services

BANJARA APP Matrimony helps members of the Banjara community connect for the purpose of marriage. By using Matrimony services, you additionally agree:

• To provide accurate information about your marital status, age, and intentions
• That BANJARA APP is a connection platform, not a guarantor of any relationship outcome
• To meet other users only in safe, public settings until trust is established
• To review our Matrimony Safety Guide before initiating any meeting
• That BANJARA APP does not verify the truthfulness of every profile detail; conduct your own due diligence
• Not to use Matrimony services for casual dating, harassment, or any purpose contrary to its stated intent

8. Subscriptions & Payments

• Certain features (e.g. Matrimony Premium) may require a paid subscription.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-transferable.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date through your app store account.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
• All applicable taxes are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
• Pricing may change with reasonable notice; price changes apply only to subsequent billing cycles.

9. Intellectual Property

The BANJARA APP name, logo, design, and underlying technology are owned by BANJARA APP and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the App without prior written permission.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines
• Engage in fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
• Repeatedly receive valid reports from other users
• Compromise platform safety or security

You may delete your account at any time through Settings or by following our Account Deletion Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

BANJARA APP is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the operation of the App, the accuracy of user-generated content, or the suitability of the App for any particular purpose. Use of the App is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BANJARA APP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, personal injury, or property damage.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BANJARA APP from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts located in India.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
